MEDITATION AND YOGA (28-30 April 2017)

Join us at the Val d’Isere Yoga Festival for meditation, yoga, dance, massage, sophrologie, good food, music and more! 

This year, you can take part in various meditation and mindfulness sessions with Tanu:

28 April at 16:00-17:00, Mindfulness in Daily Life. A workshop full of ideas on how to bring more presence into everyday activities.

29 April at 9:00-9:30, Loving Yourself. A guided meditation that helps you fall in love with your body and mind again.

29 April at 11:30-12:30, How to Meditate. A conference talk on where to begin with meditation.

29 April at 15:00-16:00, OSHO Kundalini Meditation. An active meditation that helps you shake off stressa and tensions and find peace in the present moment.

30 April at 8:30-9:30, Dance Meditation. Dance yourself into this Sunday!
