Being present and mindful in what we do allows us to enjoy life more, respond to situations in more natural ways and remember them better. Being fully aware in what we are doing also allows the body to calm, stress to subside and emotional and physical balance to restore.

In these sessions, we are going to explore practical ways of bringing mindfulness into your daily life.
